Four of the five bedrooms are on the middle floor. The fifth bedroom, lounge and kitchen are on the top floor with an open indoor sitting area, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. There is a large veranda, which has the dining table and lounge sofas to enjoy the amazing view of the creek and the sea.

A lovely large swimming pool is set in the garden before the house with eight sun beds and pool umbrellas.  There is a small plunge/kids pool next to the large pool. There is a gazebo with a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

To escape the heat of the day there is a TV on the first floor with satellite television, and the house also includes wireless internet. The Villa is fully staffed with 5 attentive Staff including a Chef
